As we settle into our new home and unpack, it is a great excuse to eat out. I had a hankering for Korean food, so I “yelped it” and we landed at Korealicious in Lemoyne PA. The food did not disappoint.
We were lucky enough to eat at the restaurant on Thursday, the only day they serve their Korealicious Wings (don’t skip those!!!). I ordered Bibimbap which is served in a sizzling stone bowl and my wife chose the stirred fried noodles (udon noodles, Korean style, stir fried with assorted vegetables, sauteed and marinated in a secret sauce for a hearty, noodle-like flavor explosion). Both were excellent and we will return!! We took both the spicy and spicy&sweet wings home for a treat.

Happy Belated Birthday Martin Luther King Jr.! His memorial is located in Washington, D.C., next to the National Mall and it is truly a site to see. The Memorial covers four acres and includes the Stone of Hope, a granite statue of Civil Rights Movement leader Martin Luther King carved by sculptor Lei Yixin.

Resolutions? No way! I live in a new area where I am ready to try new foods. (DC boy here). I have never heard of a whoopee pie! My wife swears that I need to try one made by someone “PA Dutch”, but the ones we purchased from the Pennsylvania Bakery in Camp Hill PA were beyond delicious. Believe me when I tell you that the wife had me trying Cupcakes from places in Georgetown, DC to New York City. I thought the desserts from the bakery were beyond delicious compared to any other bakery from NYC, DC to LA. Thank you Pennsylvania Bakery for a very delicious and delightful treat in Central PA.
