Excited to present at Digital Summit Series "Everything: Content & Social" next week!

👉 ”To Win in Digital, Win in Real Life" is a takeaway from a content strategy project by our friend Lauren Zoltick on social media and NCAA March Madness — what teams were "the best", winning on social media. We looked at the data together and guess what! The teams who were “winning” on social media were the teams winning games IN REAL LIFE.

May not be shocking in retrospect (we accounted for lots of different factors), but a good reminder that real experience can't just be replaced by a good plan for clicks and views. It always keeps us thinking beyond just concepts and distribution — what actual experiences do we create, why do people care and how does it impact real life?

We led a unique team-building trip for Insomniac Design with two days of adventure and deep-dive workshops facilitated by the incredible Katie Gage.

⛵️The highlight was a chartered sailing excursion on the Chesapeake Bay where the team learned how to captain, crew and sail a 75-foot sailboat⁠ ⁠— on their own! ☀️

We focused on communication and collaboration in a fresh setting, with lessons the team has already taken back to the office.
