And honestly? They’re not wrong.

On International Women’s Day, it feels especially fitting to talk about and Sarah Bean, the incredible women behind .

The team at Book Launchers doesn’t just help authors write and publish books—they build stages, opportunities, and communities where experts can share their voices.

This week at the Authors Empire event in Vegas, they trusted me not only to step onto their stage… but to close the event out. 😅 And if you know me, you know that means bringing the energy. ⚡

That kind of trust means everything. Because behind every speaker on a stage is someone who believed in them first.

So today I’m raising a well-deserved glass 🥂 to the changemakers of Book Launchers—women who are building platforms, elevating authors, and proving that when women support women, incredible things happen.

Grateful to be part of it. And ready to keep the momentum going. 🚗 💨

When a client cancels a meeting last minute…

It’s a mix of 🎉 freedom and 😩 calendar chaos.

One part of me is thrilled—hello unexpected time block to go out to lunch like a real human, tackle that lingering project, or gasp create content for my own feed.

The other part? Already playing scheduling Tetris, trying to find a new time that doesn’t require me to bend the space-time continuum.

Entrepreneur math: 1 canceled meeting = 2 new scheduling headaches + 45 minutes of reclaimed joy.

Still worth it though. Sometimes a little breathing room is the exact creative spark you needed.
