New Chapters
Yesterday he was the baby of the family, and today he’s a big brother.

There is something so sacred about the moment a family’s center of gravity shifts. One day, your toddler is the sole focus of every "watch me!" and every story. Then, in what feels like a heartbeat, he’s stepping into this brand new role with a curious heart and a tiny new sister to protect.

Watching this family transition from three to four was a beautiful reminder of why I do this. It’s the messy, heart-stretching reality of a family growing, the way Mom’s arms are now full of a sleeping newborn while Dad provides the steady view from his shoulders for the one who's suddenly "the big kid."
We spent the afternoon wandering through the grass, letting the life just be, and it felt like she was the piece they didn't know was missing.
