Something I’m always telling agents: the camera only captures about half the energy you think you’re putting out.

So if you feel like you’re giving 100%, it’s probably landing on screen like…50%.

Kinda fine. Kinda meh.

But when you push it - when you feel like you’re giving 200% - that’s when it actually shows up like a full, confident 100%.

It’s weird, but it’s true every single time.

So before you step in front of the lens, take a second.

Breathe.

Lock in.
