Our client, Keystone Construction Company, has begun construction of the 131,000 sf headquarters and manufacturing facility for Tubular USA, one of the largest suppliers of in-line galvanized pipe and tubing in the U.S.!

The project is located within Phase Two of Spirit Valley Business Park in Chesterfield Valley where Keystone built Phase One and recently began infrastructure to support multiple future buildings.

Read the full statement on KSDK Channel 5 by our client, Ethical Society of Police, about the dangerous shortage of 911 Dispatchers in the City of St. Louis.

"There have been dangerous levels of manpower in the unit — at times only two people are taking calls on a shift. The intense pressure and elevated stress fall on the few underpaid 911 evaluators who are doing their best to respond to incoming calls from angry, scared and concerned citizens."

SLMPD 911 operations are short 32 dispatchers, two supervisors and two managers. To cover services, they had two dispatchers covering six police districts.
