With the new influx of AI inspired logos, I have received a ton of embroidery requests for AI logos. Most logos created in Canva or with AI are NOT embroidery capable logos. Here is a great tool to see if yours will past the test... do the sharpie test!!!
Print out your logo, in the size you want it embroidered and trace over it with a regular Sharpie. That is what your Logo will look like when embroidered. Pay attention to small details and lettering in your design. If your trace out runs together, so will the stitches when it is embroidered.
Most AI inspired logos work best with print.
