✨ Holiday Update from Wild Oaks Embroidery ✨

Christmas is officially our busiest time of year, and I am so grateful for every single order that comes through. Because of the holiday rush and the long hours that go into creating each custom piece, all orders placed from now until Christmas will include a $15 rush fee. I hope you all can understand — I’m working beyond normal hours to make sure everything is ready in time, and this helps ensure I’m compensated fairly for that extra time. ❤️

Additionally, going forward, I will be requiring a 50% deposit on all orders. As much as I hate to put this in place, there have been several orders left unclaimed for weeks. Many of these items take hours to create, and each one is made specifically for you — so it’s only fair that I am paid for the time and materials that go into your custom products.

Thank you so much for supporting my small business, respecting these new policies, and keeping Wild Oaks Embroidery thriving during the holiday season. I truly appreciate every one of you. 🎄🧵✨
