Katina and I have had a great past ~week in Seoul, South Korea!! I’m dealing with round #2 of digestive issues, so will have to come back in January or February 2025 when we also go back to Cambodia and Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam. Katina Eats Kilos and I each attempted 2 delicious Korean and were each 1-1. I‘m now 3-1 overall. We got to see and eat everything we wanted to while here, and now we are off to Tokyo, Japan!! We have 2 Japanese scheduled for sure, but I might try one or two more. Friends in New Zealand!! Y’all are next, and we hope to start posting events soon. I still need to get a grasp on how we are getting everywhere, before we start actually booking dates/times. We start in Queenstown, New Zealand on the South Island and will work our way up to Auckland. If anyone can help contact King Made Noodles - Queenstown Centre if they are still open about me trying to do their noodles challenge, that would be very much appreciated. Christchurch will be up next after that. Thanks y’all for your support and we look forward to meeting everyone during the rest of this trip, ending finally on June 28th.
