There are many advancements in AI voices that sound more like humans with empathy and more. I think we need to remember that these are robots and we actually should make them sound like robots. Where are we when we lose actual human connections?
At VKS Group, we use technology and AI. Our whole purpose is to help other businesses and organizations navigate their digital strategy. We talk about your business being a system and making it work like one.
But we do this with the goal of making human connections better. We seriously need to think about the advancements in AI and decide as a society how far we want to go.
I'm Ketan Shah, the founder of VKS Group and I sincerely beilieve that we should remember that AI is a robot and we should go back to robot voices wherever possible and remember that we should use advancements in technology to make humans make better decisions, make their jobs easier, and interact with each other as humans better, even when we are using technology as the medium.
