Somewhere along the way we all got sold the same plan. Work the job for forty years, be exhausted for most of them, and finally enjoy your life when you're too worn out to do much with it.

I decided I wasn't waiting for the version of freedom that shows up after I'm depleted.

So I built income online while I still had the energy to actually enjoy it.

You can keep waiting for someday, or you can start building it now.

Comment FREEDOM and I'll send you the quiz that shows you where to start.

Sixteen years in a classroom taught me how to show up for everyone but myself.

I was good at my job. I was also tired in a way that sleep didn't fix, and I was quietly terrified that this was just it. This was the whole story.

The night I bought my first course I actually cried over the price. Then I bought it anyway, because I finally understood that staying exactly where I was had a price too. It was just quieter and a lot more permanent.

Nine months later I was at a live event in Florida. A while after that I tripled my income. Then I bought the house I used to drive past and wish for.

None of that happened because I'm special. It happened because I made one decision and then kept showing up for it.

If you're ready for that decision to be yours, comment FREEDOM and I'll send you the quiz that shows you where to start. 💜

The "I'm so behind" story is the most expensive one you'll ever tell yourself.

It keeps you watching other people build the exact life you want while you sit on the sidelines waiting to magically feel ready.

You don't need more time. You need a starting point.

Comment READY and I'll send you the two minute quiz that shows you which online path fits you.

For my first three months online I was convinced everybody else got a manual that never showed up in my mailbox.

There was no manual. There was just me, eleven tabs open, and a growing list of reasons I decided I "wasn't techy enough" for any of this.

Here's what I had backwards. I didn't have a knowledge problem. I had a path problem. Nobody had shown me what to do first, then second, then third, so I kept starting over and calling it failure.

The week I followed an actual step by step path instead of random advice from strangers, the noise stopped. And then things finally started working.

You're not behind, you guys. You've been handed chaos and told it was a map.

Comment READY and I'll send you the quiz that tells you which online path fits you. Two minutes, zero guessing. 💜

The "I'm not tech-y enough" story is keeping you stuck.

Read this: Venmo. FB post. GIF text. Amazon order.

If you can do those — you're tech-y enough.

Inside Foundation Lab everything is click-by-click.

The "I'm not tech-y enough" excuse needs to die today.

Can you send a Venmo? Post on Facebook? Text a GIF? Order off Amazon? Cool. You're tech-y enough.

What you ACTUALLY mean is — there's tech you haven't learned yet. That's a completely different thing. Not knowing isn't the same as not being able to learn.

Inside Foundation Lab, the tech parts are walked through click by click. No custom CSS, I promise.

The "I'm not tech-y enough" story is just fear in a costume. Take it off.

"I don't have time" — let me reframe that.

Inside Foundation Lab, in 30-min-a-day chunks: you validate your idea → build a skeleton funnel → map a 90-day plan.

You don't need an afternoon. You need 30 minutes that doesn't get wasted.

Can we talk about "I don't have time"? Because I know that's what's keeping you stuck.

Inside Foundation Lab, week one in 30-min-a-day chunks:

First few days → validate your idea (market check, willing buyers, your knowledge)

Mid-week → start sketching your skeleton funnel

End of week → map your 90-day calendar

By the end of week one you've validated, you have a skeleton funnel, and a 90-day plan. From nothing.

In 30-min chunks while everyone in your house is asleep or watching TV.

You don't need a whole afternoon. You need 30 minutes and a path that doesn't waste it.

If you've been nodding along when people say "digital products" — here's what they ACTUALLY mean.

Ebook. Checklist. Workbook. Canva template. Spreadsheet. Mini-course.

Anything someone can download.

You make it once. You sell it forever (with marketing, let's be real).

Comment QUIZ if you want to know if this is your path. 💜

Confession time — if you've been hearing "digital products" for the last year and just nodding along, I see you. Let me actually explain.

A digital product is literally anything you create once, online, that someone can buy and download.

Examples: an ebook, a checklist, a workbook, a Canva template, a spreadsheet, a mini-course.

You make it once. You list it. Someone buys it. They download. That's the appeal.

(Full honesty: you still have to market it but the PRODUCT itself is made once.)

Curious if this is your path? Comment QUIZ for the free 2-min path quiz.
