I told a potential client today that we weren’t the right fit. 😬
After talking through what they actually needed, it was clear pretty quickly…
my company wasn’t the right solution for them right now.

A year ago, I probably would’ve tried to make it work.
Figure something out. Piece together a solution.

But today, I didn’t.
I pointed them to a company I trust that can serve them well.

Because the goal isn’t to “win the client.”

It’s to make sure they’re set up to win.

And the truth is — that’s a big part of how I show up in my work now.

Yes, at we offer fully managed social media for local service businesses.

But more and more, I find myself stepping into a different role… Helping business owners zoom out, look at the full picture, and make smarter decisions about:
- where they’re spending money
- what’s actually working
- and what needs to change

Sometimes that means working together.
Sometimes it means pointing them in a different direction.

Either way — I’m always going to tell you the truth about what makes the most sense for your business.

And if you’re at the point where you’re investing in marketing but not fully confident in what’s working… that’s usually where I step in.
