She happened to shine brightest in some of the lightest, warmest Spring shades—and that warm red lip? WOW. ❤️

She told me she would never choose that warm red, especially as a lip. But after seeing the difference for herself, I’m guessing there’s no going back to just any other red. 😉

One year ago today, I saw my very first clients as the owner of House of Colour North Wichita—and I still have moments where I can’t believe this is actually my job!

This first year has been filled with so many special moments. Seeing all of you in my studio, draping Miss Kansas and Miss Kansas Teen, being featured on Trending with Tatum on KWCH, celebrating milestones, and getting to watch your confidence grow has made this journey more than I ever imagined.

To my clients, friends, and family—THANK YOU. Thank you for trusting me, supporting me, referring your friends, sharing my business, cheering me on, and believing in me. I truly could not have done this first year without you.

I’m so excited to see where year 2 takes us!

Mother-daughter times TWO

I had the BEST group in for color! I actually analyzed one of these moms a few months ago (reposting her photos), and she came back with her daughter—along with another mother-daughter duo—for a fun day of color together.

And the coolest part? One mother-daughter duo is Spring, and the other is Summer.

It doesn’t happen often that a mother and daughter share the same season, so getting to see it happen TWICE in one group was pretty special.
