•Toss the junk!
•Cut the fluff!
•Work offline!

Here's My Process:

+List out TOP 3 priorities each day
+15-minute opening & closing routines for business & home
+Throw all to-dos in a task manager (or planner). Pro Tip: Arrange them by type, priority, and time alottment
+Delegate and delete anything non-essential, able to be delegated, or moved
+Do as much as you can offline FIRST. (The internet is a time warp.)
