Today we had the opportunity to introduce our friend Joseph Stampone of Major Printing Company to the wonderful folks at Pen Company of America / All American Writing Instruments — the last truly made-in-USA pen manufacturer. They produce pens ranging from a workhorse value-priced click pen, right up to executive pens for US Presidents and members of Congress. They’ve been family owned and operated right here in New Jersey for decades — just like Major Printing. (We have a little catching up to do!)

I feel very fortunate to be on the committee for “Fairways to Futures in Mental Health”, the first annual Golf Classic benefiting SRB Philanthropy Corp. The outing will be at Cherry Valley Country Club in Skillman, NJ, on September 30, 2024.

SRB’s mission is so important: They provide scholarships to those pursuing education in mental health fields. There is a massive shortage of mental health professionals in the US today; through its scholarships, SRB aims to get more qualified professionals at all levels, including therapists, psychiatrists, and social workers.

For the Golf Classic, we’re looking for sponsors at all levels — individual golfers and foursomes, for sure, as well as hole sponsors, digital ad sponsors, and donations for our silent auction.

If you’re as awful at golf as I am, you can register for a 2-hour clinic. If you’re *really* as awful at golf as I am, skip the links entirely and join us for the reception afterwards.
