You may have noticed that we have a new name... And I want to tell you the story behind why it changed.

When I started this business in 2020 I called it Not Another Virtual Assistant. Because that is what I was. I did email, admin, content — a little bit of everything for clients who needed support behind the scenes.

But over the years something became really clear.

Email marketing was not just one service we offered. It was the thing we did best. The thing that consistently changed results for our clients. The thing I woke up every day excited to work on.

Our clients were hitting 50%+ open rates. We were bringing in an average of 504 leads per client every month. Businesses that had never sent a consistent email in their lives were suddenly watching their lists work for them.

The name Not Another Virtual Assistant stopped capturing what we actually do. It stopped capturing who we actually are.

So we changed it.

We are officially Not Another Email Company.

Same Melissa. Same team. Same results. A name that finally says exactly what we do and who we do it for.
