What's the hardest secret to keep? Knowing this dynamo is going to be the next President and CEO of the United Way of York County.

Emily Seitz asked if we could update her headshot ahead of the announcement of her new role. We quietly squealed with excitement (because it was a secret) and then got to work to capture traditional backdrop photos with some outdoor images.

Our Multimedia Specialist Katie Elwell turned these around lickety-split, and the rest is a big bright future for all of York County.

Sometimes, you just need us when you need us.

We started working with Friends & Neighbors in 2013. At the time, we provided editorial-style photos and video to show their team's outreach work -- directly going into encampments to help unhoused people.

A year later, we produced more videos and photos, as well as social media graphics, as part of an outreach campaign to drive empathy toward those we may encounter who are experiencing homelessness.

In 2026, they came to us again when they were ready to rebrand and launch a new website. Just like before, we put a people-first focus on everything we created.

We don't work together every day or every month, but we're here when they need us. Being the ones to get that call means so much.

We found most of our clients don't need just one video.

They need multiple videos over a period of time. They need consistency so they don't get lost in the bustle.

That meant scrapping the idea that all videos need to be commercial quality. There's a time and place for that, but most of the time, they need to be churned out faster, edited for social distribution, and speak to the heart.

The York County Food Bank is one of those clients that gets access to our production team every month. You can see it in the consistency of their content, the high frequency of videos, and the people-first approach to everything they do.

From a groundbreaking to a construction walk thru to the ribbon cutting, it was incredibly rewarding to watch the team at Community Basics, Inc. in Lancaster celebrate the completion of Manor Youth House last week.

We were fortunate enough to be there -- helping to craft email invitations, send press releases, write speeches, and cheer them on. Perhaps the most touching was getting to interview and photograph people who are now living in affordable, safe housing thanks to Community Basics.

Their stories are the emotion behind why these homes are being built or properties revitalized. And now, young adults aging out of foster care will have the same chance at finding how wonderful home can be.

Thank you for letting us help you plan these events, invite your neighbors to celebrate you, and most importantly, to share your stories.

Let's go out and do more good.

It was great to meet Dominick at York Academy Regional Charter School as part of our project for Leadership York's CONNECT program.

Leadership York came to us earlier this year with a dilemma. They needed to market a program with a new name but a great track record of equipping educational leaders.

We suggested one of our favorite marketing tools: storytelling.

We interviewed educators and created written web content and videos. We also provided original portrait photography, a flyer, and a written communications plan for how to distribute the content.
