Everyone posts their best week.

I could post a +85% right now. Two day window. Good weekend against a slow midweek. Looks great, proves nothing.

So here are three accounts instead. Windows written on every screenshot.

1. UK brand. £2.44M over 21 months. +20% on the 21 months before.

They were inconsistent in sales. Good month, bad month, no way to plan anything. We added layers on their acquisition channels and that changed the whole game.

2. AU brand. A$186k in a week. +21% on the week before.

We rebuilt the whole campaign. Added angles, not just ads. Results followed.

3. This one is up 3%.

Rebuild in progress. We’re spending 15% less and making more. That’s the number that matters and it doesn’t fit in a headline.

None of this came from spending more.

Every one of them started with reading the account properly.

I’ve written up the 7 checks I run before I touch any account. Free. Plain English. Nothing to buy.

Comment AUDIT and I’ll send it over.

Everyone wants to know how to scale to $100k.

Nobody wants to hear that the first step is not spending more.

You cannot scale a leaking account. You just leak faster. So before I add a single dollar to any account, I check seven things.

- All your sales against all your ad spend. Not the number Facebook shows you.
- Frequency against reach. Same people, same ad, over and over is not marketing.
- How much of your spend sits on one ad. If it is most of it, you have one ad and a countdown.
- Whether your landing page says what your ad promised. Check it on your phone.
- Your account structure. Ten campaigns doing the job of three.
- The change history. Most broken accounts were broken by a person.
- The margin math. Almost nobody can answer this one in a single line.

Fix those and scaling gets boring. Skip them and scaling gets expensive.

I have written all seven up as a free checklist. Plain English, no jargon, nothing to buy.

Comment AUDIT and I will send it to you.

Your ads didn’t stop working. Your angle did.

Most brands don’t have a creative problem. They have an angle problem. Same product, same offer, said the same way, over and over.

Here are 5 angles that still convert.

Name the problem first. Open on the pain before the product appears.
Show the dashboard. Real numbers on screen beat any claim you say out loud.
Say who it is not for. Exclusion builds trust and filters at the same time.
Lead with the objection. Take the reason people don’t buy and open with it.
Walk day 1, day 30, day 90. Progress over time is a story, and stories get watched.

One product. Five doors. Test one a week and let the data pick the winner.

Save this, steal them, and tell me which one you’re testing first.

Three brands. One thing in common.

None of this came from “better ads.”

Everyone thinks growth lives in the ad account. It rarely does. Here is what moved these numbers, and what you can take for your own brand.

1. Fix the offer before the spend.

The biggest jumps I have created came from changing what we sold and how we framed it, not from a new campaign. If the offer is weak, more budget just loses money faster. Rewrite the offer first, then scale.

2. The spike is new customers. The trend is retention.

Anyone can buy a spike. The line only climbs and stays up when people come back. Email, SMS, and a real reason to reorder did more for these accounts than any single ad. Build the back end.

3. Scale on MER, not ROAS.

Platform ROAS will lie to you at scale. We watched blended revenue over total spend and only pushed budget when that number held. That is how you grow without quietly going broke.

4. Test angles, not just ads.

One winning ad is luck. A system that finds new angles is a business. We stopped chasing the next viral creative and started testing the reason someone buys: the problem, the proof, the price, the identity. New angles beat new budgets every time.

The ads were maybe 20% of this. The other 80% was the boring work most people skip.

If you want a second set of eyes on where your growth is stuck, comment AUDIT or send me a DM.

Not every dream needs to be announced. Some need to be built quietly.

Because building a strong brand isn’t just about having a good idea. It’s about knowing how to turn that idea into a clear brand strategy, a strong visual identity and social media content that actually connects with the right audience.

At Seven Yards, we work at the intersection of creativity and strategy. From social media management and content creation to digital marketing, branding and creative strategy, we help businesses turn ideas into brands that are relevant, recognisable and built to grow.

You don’t need to tell everyone what you’re building.

You just need the right strategy, the right creative direction and the consistency to see it through.

Let the work speak when the time is right.

Building something worth talking about? Let’s build it together. Get in touch with me to bring your next brand idea to life.

“Available 24/7” sounds like great customer service... until your clients start believing it.

Late-night calls. Weekend messages. “Just one quick change.”

Being professional doesn’t mean being available all the time. The best businesses grow by setting clear expectations, respecting boundaries, and delivering quality work not by being online 24/7.

Most ecom founders don’t have an ads problem. They have a scaling problem.

A good ROAS tells you an ad works today. It tells you nothing about whether it can scale tomorrow.

This is the exact framework I use to decide what to scale, what to hold, and what to kill. Performance metrics to see if it’s working. Scaling metrics to see if it can keep working.

Save this for your next ad review. And if you want help scaling your brand with Meta ads, my DMs are open.

I have been in this industry for years now.

When I started Seven Yards, I did not have a big team behind me. I did not have a wall of case studies or a name people recognised. I had a laptop, a phone, and a decision I made early on. Do right by every client, every single time, even on the days no one is watching and no one is clapping.

There were quiet years. Years where you are heads down, running numbers, optimising campaigns, showing up to every call prepared, and wondering if any of it is actually landing beyond the metrics on a report. You keep going anyway. Not because you expect anything back. Because that is simply who you decided to become the day you started this.

Today I went for what I thought was a regular client meeting. It turned into one of the most meaningful moments I have had in this industry.

A client handed me a box. Inside it was a signed, limited edition Virat Kohli frame. Out of everyone on my team, they knew exactly whose wall this needed to sit on.

I did not expect to feel this today. This industry keeps you moving so fast from one deliverable to the next that you rarely stop to notice the relationships you are actually building along the way. Today reminded me why I love what I do. It is never just about the ad spend or the reports. It is about the people on the other side of every account.

What goes around comes around. I have said this to my team more times than I can count, and today I lived it. Put good work and good intent into the world and somehow, in some way, it comes back to you.

To every client who has trusted us with their business, and to every person on my team who shows up everyday. This one is for you too.
