Sharing a story from today :
We had a customer text today asking when we would be by that the storm had left his yard in shambles. I had text him back that I would get back to him that he was scheduled for Friday.
Something in me after lunch pushed me to go ahead and go by there.
We spent about an hour and a half cleaning up, really going above and beyond to make everything look good as we always try our best to do everyday.
As we were getting ready to leave he came out and was actually tearing up. I asked him if everything was ok? He replied “ I’m very tired he said and this was just to much for me to handle” thanking us for doing such a great job and handed me some extra cash. I was definitely fighting back tears of joy myself as This doesn’t happen everyday and i was blown away that what we had done effected him so much! It was a very gratifying moment for me and my business. For me it’s about putting in that extra effort everyday no matter what and going out of our way to do more each and everyday as we are not promised tomorrow.
Thanks to my employees Will and Ismeal for always putting in that extra effort to keep our customers happy. I appreciate it greatly!

1) Full-time Lawn Maintenance Team Leader (40-50 hours week)
Monday-Thur with Friday Sat and Sun off weather permitting
Avg. pay 15-18$/Hr based on experience with great potential
To grow with the company

The job description is as follows:
Learn the daily routines and route and lead a crew of 1-3 on a daily basis completing the daily tasks as assigned in a timely and professional manner with customer satisfaction top priority. Lawn maintenance includes cutting grass, edging, w**d eating, trimming bushes, some installations at times including pinestraw, mulch, sod, and planting. Also communicating with customers to meet there needs keeping a good working relationship between them
And Our business.

Operating on a daily basis to meet and or exceed the YardBoyz Landscaping Inc standards.
Candidates must posses the following:
*1-2 Year’s lawn maintenance experience with your own business or working with another company
*A valid drivers license with good driving record
*Reliable Transportation
*Driven, motivated, and positive attitude on a daily basis
*Leadership qualities and quick learning ability
*In good physical condition as the outdoor elements and climate as well as work load do play a role on a daily basis.

2)Lawn Maintenance Trainee- (part-time) 25-30 hours a week
$11-14/ hr Pay based on experience

Job description:
Summer and fall lawn maint. Assistant to team leader and any other daily tasks needed to be completed.
*Valid drivers license and reliable transportation a must
*6 months-1 year experience with lawn maintenance company or own business
*Driven, motivated, and positive attitude on a daily basis
*Quick learning abilities
*In good physical condition as the outdoor elements and climate as well as work load do play a role on a daily basis.
