iSpeak is looking for talented, motivated and communicative call center representatives to join our team. We’re accepting applications for lead generation and appointment setting campaigns for our U.S. based clients, so if you’re that person that speaks good English, likes to talk on the phone and wants to get paid well for it, then this is the perfect job for you.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Making quality outbound calls for our
appointment setting campaigns
• Provide product and service information to
customers
• Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
• Follow up customer calls where necessary
• Treat clients with utmost respect

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in the English language
• Call center experience highly preferred (not
mandatory)
• Superior listening and verbal
communication skills
• Ability to handle stressful situation
appropriately
