So grateful for the opportunity to blow FB+IG Ads out of the water for our kick-ass clients, like this Naturopathic Clinic and Med Spa. The below CPLs (Cost Per Lead) in just the first 60, 90, and 150 days are *highly-desired* rates in this industry.
➡ Within first 60 days, took client from zero social media leads to 46 quality leads per month at $19 per lead. Client's calendar was booked solid for the coming month.

➡ Within 90 days, the same cost per lead (CPL) was down to $17 per lead (even during the holidays!), and another campaign was generating quality leads at $7.96 per lead.

➡During Months 3-5, we consistently saw CPL decrease across campaigns. During Month 5, we generated 58 targeted leads at $7.56/lead, 17 targeted leads at $9.67/lead, 17 targeted leads at $16.14/lead, and 11 leads at 25.53/lead.

DON'T HIRE AN IN-HOUSE MARKETING MANAGER TO RUN YOUR CLINIC'S MARKETING. INSTEAD, OUTSOURCE *AND* KEEP EVERYTHING UNDER ONE ROOF.

No one should wear all the hats in a successful clinic.

Paid advertising is the absolute quickest way to generate NEW leads and get NEW patients, clients, or customers. But sometimes it's not in your budget to go full force with paid advertising just yet.

(Let's be clear that paid advertising isn't necessarily that expensive because expertly-crafted ads can yield an ROI (return on investment) many times more than the initial investment.)

So when might you be better off not running ads - yet - if budget is a concern?

ANSWER: If you already have a substantial email list of pre-existing patients, you might want to try re-engaging those warmer leads before you invest in generating new leads.

If you barely email your subscribers, they'll likely need more warming up.

Don't just email your list and try to sell right off the bat. Be sure to OFFER VALUE and CONNECT with them. Always aim to connect and offer value first and foremost. Conversion (i.e. a booking) happens naturally when you're doing the connection and value part well.

Remember: you're in business and the nature of being in business is connecting with other humans and offering value - not asking people to pay you just because you want to make money. (This may sound like common sense, but we see this a lot!)

Of course, ideally, you’re doing both at the same time - running ads AND nurturing your email list.

But if budget is a concern, sometimes you’re better off engaging your pre-existing list of leads first, knowing that you should invest in paid ads as soon as possible.

Plus, it's always the right time to email your list. If you haven't been doing this, get on it - stat!
