People despite their age and looks,background and gender should be served fairly.
This a a complete let down 👇 and a very poor customer service, incompetent and below standard. I wish the management can deal with the officers responsible for this.

A retired teacher, who was at Kundiawa POSF office to be served. The officer went out for lunch at 12 pm while the teacher waited 2 hours. At 3 pm the officer returned to close the office, told the retired teacher to return the next day. What a pity for this retired teacher, who from time to time checked for his entitlements, where the POSF officers in Kundiawa have shown no interest to assist.
