An offer is NOT about what you do but the outcome of what you deliver. For example, if you’re a digital marketer, your offer isn’t just “digital marketing.” Your offer is the result you provide, such as helping businesses convert 🌐 visitors into 💳 paying customers.

There are ⿤ types of offers:

1. Lead Generation Offers
🔍 Designed to introduce clients to your brand. Think of it as a “try before you buy” approach, like offering a 📚 FREE e-book in exchange for their 📧 email, enabling you to market to them later.

2. Core Offers
🛠 These are the main products or services your business provides, such as 🌐 web design, 🎨 graphic design, or 📊 branding strategy.

3. Premium Offers
💎 High-value, high-cost solutions that deliver an elevated client experience, such as a custom-built 🖥 bespoke website or a VIP 🏆 branding package.

4. Continuity Offers
🔁 Recurring products or services that provide ongoing value to clients while ensuring a steady 💵 revenue stream for you, like monthly 🛡 web maintenance or 📱 social media management.

By understanding these ⿤ types of offers, you’ll position yourself to thrive 🌟 in a competitive market, standing out even in an orchard 🌳 of similar businesses.

There is a symbiotic relationship between 🐝 bees and 🌸 flowers. Flowers cannot reproduce without bees, and bees will die if they don't have nectar from flowers.

🤔💡 Did you know that bees don't just pollinate every flower? I was also shocked to know that!

Bees only pollinate flowers that:

1️⃣ Produce nectar: Bees are drawn to flowers that provide a rich source of nectar for energy. 🍯
2️⃣ Are brightly colored: Bees are attracted to blue, yellow, and ultraviolet hues, as they can perceive these colors more vividly. 🌈
3️⃣ Have open or accessible shapes: Flowers with a simple structure, like daisies or sunflowers, are easier for bees to land on and access nectar. 🌼

🌷 You are the flower, and your client is the bee. 🐝 You must have value for a bee (client) to help you "reproduce."

🍯 The sweet nectar represents your product: Your product must be good for a client to be willing to buy it from you.
🌟 The bright color represents your perception: Your brand should be appealing to the client so that they are drawn to you.
🌿 The petals and how they 💃 sway is your promotion: You need to be out there to be known by your client.

⚖ Balance is key: You need a good mix of the three to attract that high-paying client. Skills 🛠 or having a good product is not enough if your perception and promotion are whack!

There's what we call "Classifications of Brands" 💼

If you don't know where your brand falls in you will get confused and frustrated 🤦🏾‍♂️ because you will not know who your ideal client is.

Have you ever wondered why you are not getting any clients despite you marketing your services to tons of people out there? 😞

Have you ever felt like giving up simply because clients tell you that you are too expensive? 😟

Well, worry no more, because after learning this simple trick, you will know how to position yourself very well and attract your ideal client 🏆

There are 5 Classification of brands. 💎

1️⃣ Low cost brands - They sell usable products that can do basic things and solve daily problems. They sell affordability. Example in car brands - Toyota
2️⃣ Value brands - They sell products with slightly higher quality than low-cost brands. They sell 'value' or 'better' They charge the same as low cost brands or slightly higher e..g Honda
3️⃣ Premium brands - They don't necessarily sell the product, they sell the experience of using their product e.g. BMW. They slogan is, "Sheer driving pleasure
4️⃣ Luxury Brands - They sell an identity. You get identified with their product e.g. There is a reason why Lamborghinis are yellow and have got no cup holders. They sued Nicki Minaj for turning her Lamborghini pink
5️⃣ High Luxury Brands - They sell exclusivity e.g. Mercedes Maybach s680 Haute Voiture is a strictly limited edition.

Someone classified as a premium brand will struggle to sell to clients that buy from low-cost brands because they will find them too expensive. Where does your brand fall in? 🤔

Do you know business coaches have business coaches?
I have a business coach yet I mentor people in business
After getting stuck for so many years, I realized that there was something I had to learn. I got to learn that running a successful business is not just about skills but also learning the craft; the processes, the market, the dynamics etc. This I realized can only be taught by those who have gone ahead of you. There is also a rule of coaching that I came across in my learning. I learnt that in choosing a business coach, you need someone who is just slightly ahead of you and not one who it too ahead. e.g. If you are tech guy who has just started, a tech guy in your country running a successful business will be of much help compared to having Elon Musk as your coach.

So today I want to teach you something, a bit about branding
I have gone through some of your websites and your clients' website and I have seen one trend - they only talk about YOU! e.g. We are the best in this field, we are the best graphic designers, web developers, here are our services, our pricing is the best etc
Never talk about YOU anywhere, especially when you are selling. This applies to every sale including interviews. If you are selling bananas, don't tell the client about how sweet the banana is, sell the outcome of your client eating the banana e.g. Tell your client, Scientific evidence has shown that bananas improve your digestion and heart health due to their rich fiber. Imagine, if you eat bananas regularly, you will have a good heart 😊😄 - There you haven't sold the product, but the benefit of the product. You have touched into their emotion.

Clients never care about the product - always remember this. That's why most people always complain why a big company will still use a lousy designer, photographer etc. Sell more than the product.
