Following its emphasis and active involvement in the niche market of supplying and marketing cable accessories for both overhead and underground cables, Selia-Tek Sdn Bhd was privileged and honoured to be appointed as a vendor to Tenaga Nasional Berhad (The National Power Utility Company of Malaysia) in 1995 to manufacture and supply the complete range of Aerial Bundled Cable (ABC) accessories. This manufacturing activity is undertaken by Selia-Tek Sdn Bhd’s wholly owned subsidiary i.e. Selia-Tek Industries Sdn Bhd
In June 1998, Selia-Tek Tools & Dies Sdn Bhd was established as another wholly-owned subsidiary of Selia-Tek Sdn Bhd to compliment its manufacturing activities to provide support services and products in tools, dies, metal stamping and mould maintenance and repairs. In 2002, Selia-Tek Sdn Bhd in its continuous effort to diversify its product range and expand its global reach, established Selia-Tek Medical Sdn Bhd to manufacture and assemble medical disposable products. It has a complete 10k clean room environment facility to manufacture and also to provide Ethylene Oxide (ETO) sterilization services in accordance to ISO 13485:2003. This is the new and exciting era for Selia-Tek Sdn Bhd to be involved in the medical disposable product industry and holds good future prospects for the company.
