The concept of "individual" expresses the indivisibility, integrity and characteristics of a particular
of the subject, arising already at the early stages of the development of life. The formation of the individual takes
beginning in phylogeny. The individual as a whole is a product of the biological evolution of the species,
during which not only the process of differentiation of organs and functions takes place, but also
their integration process. An individual is, first of all, a genotypic (hereditary)
education, a product of phylogenesis. But the individual is not only a genotypic formation;
its formation continues, as is well known, in ontogeny, in vivo. Therefore, in
characteristics of the individual also include properties and their integration, which are formed
ontogenetically.
Ontogenesis is the process of development of an individual organism; the whole cycle of individual
human development from birth to death. Ontogeny - the formation of the basic structures of the psyche
individual during his individual development.
Phylogeny - 1) the process of emergence, historical development and evolution of the psyche and
animal and human behavior; 2) the process of the emergence of the evolution of forms of consciousness in the course of
the history of mankind.
But along with the biological essence, the individual is also a social being. How
social being, on the one hand, he represents the crossing of diverse
social components, and on the other hand, the existence of a peculiar, unique being
human organization.
Thus, the concept of "individual" expresses the indivisibility, integrity and peculiarity
a separate subject, a single natural being, a product of long-term development, a carrier
idiosyncratic traits. The individual is both biological and
the social essence of man. In its development, it goes through phylogenetic,
ontogenetic and social stages of development. Social program for the development of the individual
characterizes him as a social being and constitutes a personal component of development
individual.
