How to painlessly pick your “Niche” without excluding a massive percentage of the market!
The 1st thing to understand is that you don’t need to Niche your entire Law Firm. You just need to Niche your message…
For Example one of our client's practices “Family Law” and her list of services include
Divorce
Post judgements modifications
Prenuptial Agreements
Postnuptial Agreements
Paternity
However we don’t talk about all of those in 1 campaign because it doesn’t speak directly to anyone.
We pick 1 specific problem to solve for a very specific person. Then we can focus all of the messaging on achieving 1 goal.
Then we use historical data to target based on past experience. We know that historically most divorces happen within the 1st quarter of the year. For whatever reason there seems to be a wave every year so in the 1st quarter we create a campaign and focus ALL! of the messaging in the ads, on the landing page, the email follow-up campaigns and the sms txt campaigns around divorce…
Later into the year you get onto post judgement modifications so we create a new “Niche Campaign” and we refocus all the messaging for the new campaign around that instead…
