As an Acquisitions Agent, you will be calling, texting, and emailing potential seller clients across the US. You will be responsible to make contact with prospective sellers, build relationships, gather required information, running comps, negotiate sale price, and get the seller to sign the sales contract. You may be asking information about their property and situation to include: motivation for selling, condition of the property, repairs needed, timeline to sell, and more. (real estate wholesaling)

Job Requirements

Preferred Locations: USA, Philippines, and South America (bi-lingual English and Spanish). We will accept applications from any person in any country that has the required experience.

English Language: This position requires you to have spoken and written conversations with clients, so we require good English skills both spoken and written. Your spoken English must be with very little accent.

Equipment Requirements: Computer (with sufficient speed and memory), High Speed Internet, Noise Cancelling Headset, and a Quiet Work Environment

Experience: We require previous experience working on a similar project with acquisitions (deal closing) experience for a real estate investor or company (real estate wholesaling). You must have experience with the acquisitions process to include negotiation of sales price, running comps, and contract signing!

Schedule: Primary hours are within the hours of Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm EST. We also have shift hours as late as 11pm EST and weekends.

Part/Full Time: We offer both full time and part time positions.

Salary: Salary is hourly, based on experience and performance. Performance bonuses are available.

You will maintain the REA calendar and book appointments. You will assist with placing any property listings and updating any listings. These are the basic tasks, but you will support the REA with any requests.
