Your HEALTH is your WEALTH. 💪🏆 ❤️Whatever health means to YOU, one thing is for sure, without it, you can’t make progress in all the other areas of your life.
Many of you have heard some of the stats that were recorded during our live programs (medical tests show that I burn 11,300 calories/day!)🥑
In order to sustain the energy needed to give everything I’ve got at all the live events we do year-round around the world (there’s no off-season in personal development!) I commit to a daily routine that prepares my body for this type of physical impact and endurance.
I couldn’t do what I do without my dear friend and personal trainer, Billy Beck, who is there with me every step of the way, testing my physiology, and nutrients, and making sure everything’s in balance.
I’m privileged to have him travel the world with us and support my quest to achieve a PEAK PHYSICAL STATE so that I can continue my mission to serve others.
I’ll be 60 in a few days and I have no plans of stopping!!🙏
