As our Call Centre Client Base continues to grow and develop, our massively growing organization anticipates a need for new hire, we need entry level call centre agents to be part of an ongoing success. Ideal candidates for this position should be outspoken and have a strong command especially in the English language.
Job Qualifications
Required:
_ High school qualification
_ Experience in customer service or call center environment not required
_Self-motivated, easy to talk to
TASKS:
Follow standard operating procedures on a constant basis to keep the work environment safe and comfortable for your fellow representatives.
Maintain constant organization to track and document phone calls, track orders and respond to commonly asked customer questions.
Keep calm in situations where customers are unhappy and looking to vent their anger; focus them and help come up with a solution that is acceptable to both parties.
