If we learned a huge lesson in 2021, it’s that time is short, and we need to spend most of it doing work that’s meaningful to us. As therapists, you probably know by now that the projection of mental health concerns will only keep growing. That means you have to delegate some of your work to someone else, or else you’ll end up with mountains of paperwork.

This is why we listed down tasks you need to outsource someone for. There are people everywhere with reasonable rates looking to help businesses like yours with these services.

- Scheduling clients
- Client coordination
- Website design and maintenance
- Social media management

You’ll experience a significant change in your work-life once you get all these tasks done by someone else. You can finally focus on your clients and your personal matters more.

How about you? What are you looking to outsource this year?

We're happy to announce that we're still accepting Branding & Social Media Clients for 2022! DM us so we can discuss the possibility of working together.

Your logos and websites aren't all THAT.

Imagine having a digital marketing specialist recreate your brand's vision with your favorite colors and pictures on the logo and website, but you make no effort to draw people to your business. That's what we call a waste of money.

When you read about "good branding," plenty of things pop up, like customer/client experience, brand personality, and quality of product/service. But you will seldom read about logos and websites to be part of the list.

What good branding entails is mostly what you could do for your business more than what an outsourced marketing professional can do for it.

So before you have a digital marketing professional quote an ultra-chic branding package, answer this question first: "What do I have to work on first to make my branding complete?"

How about you? What did you work on for your branding to be complete?

We've been out for a month, and everything turned out fine!

Due to some priorities, we were gone for the whole month of November, and we definitely lost a few followers. However, even with no content and engagement, we still were able to retain our 500 follower count (from October), and we still had inquiries.

So don't be afraid to miss your content calendar now and then! You'll be fine. Your Instagram will be fine.

We're so glad to be back, and we have so much in store for you.

Call-to-actions will change your Instagram game if done right!

More often than not, your audience would not know what to do with your post unless you remind or prompt them to. Don't fall into the trap of thinking, "The message of my post is already too obvious for them not to do X," but what we learned is that Instagram favors LOUD and CLEAR statements. Don't have them second-guessing.

We present sample CTAs for getting likes, shares, comments, and page traffic in this post! Use them as you please, and see if it changes the direction of your Instagram engagement (we're sure it will).

Echoing our samples, LIKE and SAVE this post if you find it helpful. If you have your favorite CTAs to use, let us know about them in the COMMENTS!

Perfection is overrated!

If you strive for perfection every day, especially in a health crisis, you'll only crash and burn. Don't get us wrong. It's nice to get something perfect now and then: Finishing 6-8 sessions a day without breaking a sweat, still being able to do self-care after work, able to go out with friends on weekends. Where do we sign up!?

But chances are you're going to fall short in doing at least one of those things. And that's okay! What's important is that you show up every day. It doesn't even matter if you take a month-long break or limit your queue for a particular week. Just be consistent and get back every time you trip.

We want to thank everybody for the love! We're 400+ followers strong, and we can't wait to put out more content for all of you.

You've heard of creative copywriting. You've heard of emotional copywriting. You've heard of direct-response copywriting. And now we're introducing neuro copywriting style to you! 💡

💡 Neuro Copywriting 💡

Neuro copywriting is a new and scientific way of copywriting by targeting the audience's emotions and senses to evoke an action or response from them. We figured that since you have a background in psychology and neurology, you'd have more fun playing around with the words an experiment with your posts.

Here's how to use neuro copywriting for your IG captions:

✔️Create a caption that's positively scripted
✔️ Compelling storytelling
✔️Power words are key
✔️Play with their senses

Neuro copywriting is something that a lot of people are missing out on because they'd rather stick to traditional creative copywriting. But you should try it out on your posts and see how much reach you'll get by using neuro techniques on your audience.

To our therapist connections, YOU matter on Global Mental Health Day and regular days. ✨

Let's stop glamorizing "the grind." Instead, let's glamorize setting healthy work boundaries.

Remember that you won't achieve your goal if you lose yourself in the process, so it's okay to take it slow and self-care your way to success!

We're rooting for you! ✨

Human first, therapist second. ✨

The hour-long session is always just the tip of the iceberg. It's what clients are allowed to see, and anything beyond that is a mystery.

Below the surface, there's a lot of issues that therapists are also trying to solve on their own and with the help of their own therapist. It can sometimes be dark and messy down there, but that place is an indicator that therapists are also emotional, vulnerable human beings like anyone else.

Did we miss anything that should be beneath the surface? Let us know in the comments.

Let's face it, thinking of original content is time-consuming. The time spent brainstorming could easily have been used to finish therapy paperwork.

That said, we'd like to introduce Content Remixing to you. Content remixing is a classic YouTube content creation technique (can also be used on other platforms). You take something existing and mix it with current trends, another hot topic, or similar relevant ideas.

We've tried it before, and we got such excellent traction! See our "Carl Roger's 3 Core Therapeutic Conditions in Social Media Marketing" post to know what we mean. We took an idea from one post about therapeutic conditions and mixed it with social media marketing to create a new piece of content altogether.

And in case you're wondering, nope, it's not plagiarism! In fact, content remixing is something we should do more to save the long hours of brainstorming something completely original.

How about you? What are your thoughts on content remixing? Talk to us in the comments!

Hustle 👏 culture 👏 has 👏 got 👏 to 👏 GO

It's great that you decided to be a solopreneur

But working from morning until night isn't (and shouldn't) be the way to go. You're fatigued from sessions, and you still work until you finish everything. That's not how you reach financial independence because more hours don't always equate to your practice's growth.

What should you do instead? Here are some practical ways you can transition from hustle culture to slow growth:

1. Be intentional with your tasks by knowing "why" you're doing this
2. Never forget self-care, no matter how busy you become. There are 5-minute breathing exercises to help recalibrate your focus.
3. Use the Eisenhower matrix so you'd know what to do first and what you can put off on other days.
4. If a task is too time-consuming but not fulfilling, it's time to either automate it or outsource it.
5. Be reasonable about your expectations with yourself! You're awesome, but you're not a machine.

Take your time, and take a nap too if you need it. As long as you don't lose sight of why you're doing what you're doing, your hard work will never be in vain.

Raise your hand if you've ever been confronted for setting boundaries 🙋‍♂️🙋

Drawing a boundary will come off as offensive to some people. They might throw a fit or call you out for keeping them out. They think that we're doing this because of them.

But remember that you're setting boundaries for yourself! Everyone outside of that sphere can shout and throw rocks at you all they want, but you're protecting your peace, your energy, your sanity.

You don't set boundaries to spite people, so don't let them gaslight you into believing that you're doing a bad thing. You're elevating yourself from the dirt so you can clearly see what's going on around you and take care of yourself better.

In setting boundaries, don't mind them. Your voice is the one that matters.
