I have officially decided to offer Derby to stand at stud to the public for the 2026 breeding season.
Derby is a 34” mini stallion whos broke to ride and drive. My son has been able go handle this horse since he was a year old. Derby has been halter shown and taken to other shows just to be a travel buddy fomy gelding.
Stud fee will be very reasonable for the 26’ season but this little guy has everything you could ask for.
This guy has the BEST temperament, a wonderful souls mind and a heart of gold!

Once things get more rolling in the process I will reveal our little secret. 🤭

No vacations.
No new furniture.
No name-brand clothes.

My couch is from a garage sale, my truck has seen some things, and my idea of shopping is the feed store clearance rack.

I will stand in Target for 20 minutes deciding if I really need a $12 candle…

then casually approve a four-figure vet bill without blinking.

Horse people aren’t rich.

We just chose horses instead of normal adult luxuries.

So no it’s not about affording horses.

It’s about willingly living like a feral goblin so the horse can live like royalty 🐎✨

Laced in Steel aka Gracie was born July 3rd of this year, she is registered with ApHC and will also be CRHA registered. As of right now she’s AVAILABLE!!
She will be available to leave January.
NOT excepting payments.

TRADE FOR A WELL RUNNING, DRIVING TRUCK!!

Dixie, 2 year old ApHC and CRHA registered filly. Super friendly, well mannered, in your pocket, will meet you at the gate kind of personality.
She’s had her ground work done and now she’s just waiting to be started under saddle. She’s easy to catch, stands tied, tacks up no problem, loads like a dream, and lunges on a line both ways.
She’s been worked with to be shown in halter classes as well.
Super solid filly who’s going to make someone an absolute superstar of a horse. This filly LOVES to run!! She’s always the same horse every time I get her out, no matter how long she sits she’ll be the same horse you put away. She was born and raised here at the ranch, I owned her Dam and she had a wonderful personality as well!
She’s been hauled to horse shows, clinics, ponied on trail rides.

If she’s still with me come October she’s going to have 30 days of riding under her belt and her price will go up, or depending on the truck she can still have the 30 days done if you’d like.

People say, "you act like you were raised in a barn" like it's a bad thing.
I was raised in a barn, and that's where I learned the most important lessons in life.
I watched life begin and end in a barn.
I discovered hard work builds character and killed no one.
I learned respect, love and compassion.
I realized sometimes optimism is the only way to keep going.
I found sometimes you have to let go even when it breaks your heart.
I dreamed and learned to never give up on those dreams
I failed and kept trying until I succeeded.
I gained confidence in myself and my abilities.
I understand you have to stand for what you believe in.
The next time someone tells you that you act like you were raised in a barn, THANK THEM because I can't think of a better compliment.

I’m proud to say my son is being raised in a barn! ❤️
