After my relaunch, my first client, who was recommended to me, booked his FREE 30-minute workshop with me. He owns a company which provides car servicing, MOTs and general repairs. He was keen for me to help him design a logo business cards and a company website.
During the workshop we discussed his company’s services, his brand values, visions and strengths & weaknesses. We then looked into how he could promote his services through the various marketing channels.
This 30-minute workshop was essential in helping me design the logo for his company.
If you look closely, the icon is designed to look like a car tyre (the letter “O”) and tyre marks (the “L” inside the “O”). This also ties in with the initials of the company: OverLand.
My main goal when creating this logo was to design an icon which would be recognisable immediately without the need to search for the brand name.
Question: Which brand logos do you immediately recognise without needing to search for the name of the company?
