Task lists tend to grow into something unmanageable if you're not careful.
And you end up with so many that your To Do list is like an overstuffed closet.
Good things get crushed or forgotten and end up on the floor with the shoes. 🤣
Instead, only add tasks to your To Do list that you are absolutely committed to doing.
And put everything else on a Maybe list.
That way the important stuff doesn't get forgotten, and you don't worry about losing the things you might want to do but haven't really decided on yet.
As well as the To Do list and the Maybe list, keep a third list.
That's your To Do Today list with the 3 to 6 items you're planning to do today.
For best results, make sure each of your tasks on today's list are short enough to complete in one block of time, and make them specific.
Not "work on my new course" but "create the outline for module 3 of my course" for example.
Add the time you're planning to start each task and how long you think it will take.
For even better no-stress results, decide how long you'll need and then double it! 🧡
