You work for a company that has contracts for certain works across the state.
They employ you on a casual basis to assist with completing the works.
Whether you are a skilled tradesman, a newly qualified worker or completely green, there are roles for you.
These companies will pay you anywhere from $40-$80 per hour depending on what you can do for them.
You are sent off to do your work for as many days as agreed upon, usually from a week to 14 days (can be longer or shorter). After the assignment is completed, you hop on a plane and head back to Indonesia with all your earnings in your pocket.
Live a good life, work on your business, learn to surf or just enjoy a cold beer... It's up to you.
Your boss will email you with your next job. You can either accept or reject. Earn as much as you can or focus on the good life.
