Every color code is given 3 to 4 neutral colors that are recommended to build your closet around.
Neutrals determine what shows you off versus washing you out. Some neutrals give you a tired or harsh look in your appearance and they can even age you. Showing my clients what looks best on them, helps them to understand the importance of wearing white or ivory? Charcoal gray or black? Tan or brown? Black or brown? Giraffe, Snake, Leopard, or Zebra print are neutrals too.
When you know your best neutrals, it makes building your capsule wardrobes easier as you stick to one or two of your best neutrals and add just two more colors. This gives you a cohesive closet that allows you to mix and match several pieces to make great outfits that fit your style.

One of my favorite color trios in Winter ❄️is light blue🩵gray🩶white🤍. Each of the 6 differnt colors codes can pull this off, however, it will look slightly different for each one. If you know your color code, try this out with light wash or gray denim jeans, a white shirt, and a blue or gray cardi, jacket, vest, scarves, etc. Have fun seeing what you can come up with.
