Rule No. 1 in business
KNOW WHY YOU ARE IN BUSINESS.
Set a clear goal for why you are setting up that business in the first place,
if you have been doing business for a while and you had this set up when you started,
chances are that you might have derailed a bit from it because they were not clear or even spelt out
And even if they were, this might be the best time to go back and take a look at why you started in the first place.
- What challenges do you hope to solve for your customers?
- What solution do you intend to provide with your products or services?
- How do you think you can best provide this solution?
Ask yourself questions that make the goals and objectives of your business as clear as possible.
By doing so, you would have eliminated a lot of noise and distractions that will come your way in the course of setting up and growing your business.
