If you're not constantly improving then you may end up dead in the water.

In a fast-changing world, as internet marketing is, we always need to stay ahead of the current and find new knowledge and strategies to implement.

That is one of the core values I always encourage my team to keep up.

I love this core value and make sure my whole team lives by it.

If you encounter some difficulties, you want to try to find solutions to the problem, not just complain about how hard it is to solve.

It's ok if you try to work out the problem and can't find a solution and then ask for help.

You are showing your team that you are willing to try and solve it first before just asking someone else to solve it for you.
