Our vacation started off with a BANG 😂

We ran out of gas at 1:30 AM—mind you, Pearl still said we had 32 miles until empty. We called for roadside assistance and waited a while before Jonathan finally decided to walk and get gas himself. About 45 minutes later, he made it back, we canceled the assistance, put gas in ol’ Pearl…and then discovered the battery was DEAD. 🫠

After waiting another two hours for assistance, we FINALLY made it to the Keys—three hours late, but totally worth the wait! 🌴☀️

Kadence got everything bagged up yesterday, so I’m slowly working on sending pickup messages today. Please ignore me if you get a generic text—I’m officially on Keys time! 😂🌊
