SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT:
Change Requests submitted during our regular business hours, 7am - 7pm, Monday - Friday, Central Standard Time, will be completed within 24 hours of submission time.
Change Requests submitted during non-business hours, will be completed the next business day, by 7pm, Central Standard Time.
