Western Canada's oldest bluegrass festival is back for another unforgettable weekend🪕

The 46th Annual Coombs Bluegrass Festival returns July 31 to August 2, bringing three days of live performances, camping, jam sessions, and family-friendly fun to the Coombs Rodeo Grounds (.coombsrodeogrounds)

This year's lineup includes Bordergrass Alliance, Murfitt & Main, Lonesome Town Painters, Boomer Boyd Bluegrass Ensemble, Call Before You Dig, Backporch Banjo, The FoxHops, and more.

Whether you're camping for the weekend or stopping by for the day, it's the perfect summer road trip on Vancouver Island.

A brand-new waterfront music festival is making its debut in the Okanagan this summer 🎶

True Rhythm Fest () is coming to Okanagan Lake Park in Penticton on Saturday, August 29, bringing a full day of live music, food trucks, artisan vendors, VIP experiences, and lakeside vibes.

The inaugural lineup features G-Easy, Public Enemy, Collie Buddz, Snotty Nose Rez Kids, Bedouin Soundclash, Honestav, and more, making it one of the biggest new music events to hit the Okanagan this year.

Vancouver Pride is getting a funding boost!🏳️‍🌈

Vancouver City Council has approved $75,000 in one-time funding to help support the 2026 Vancouver Pride Parade as organizers face rising event costs and more challenging sponsorship opportunities.

The funding is intended to help ensure one of the city's largest and longest-running community celebrations continues to thrive for years to come.

The 48th Annual Vancouver Pride Festival returns July 25 to August 2 with this year's theme, "Unapologetically Q***r."
