✍️COMITE DE SOUTIEN

A Monsieur DOM EINHORN

Dom Einhorn, alsacien d’origine, s’est installé à SARLAT en 2018, après une carrière dans le numérique et Internet aux USA.

A Sarlat, il a créé des activités dans le même domaine et sa proximité avec son expert-comptable l’a amené à fréquenter le club de rugby local, dont il deviendra l’un des sponsors essentiels les années suivantes.

Sur proposition de son expert-comptable, Dom EINHORN a pris la Présidence du club de Rugby de SARLAT en 2021, et assuré financièrement la pérennité du club pendant toute la période du COVID. Complètement étranger au monde du rugby avant cette expérience, il a fait progresser de manière spectaculaire le club en quelques mois, celui-ci obtenant 22 victoires de suite, ce qui lui permettait une accession en Fédérale 1 dès sa première année de Présidence.

En concertation avec son équipe, Dom EINHORN a affiché aussitôt de grosses ambitions pour le club de Sarlat, visant à l’amener rapidement vers le haut au niveau national.

Cette réussite, si elle a été populaire chez les vrais supporters, a par la même occasionné une animosité dans la sphère sarladaise, ainsi que dans les milieux des décideurs pour qui cette nouvelle popularité devenait un danger à la fois politique et économique, devant les amitiés non dissimulées de Dom et les investissements devenus nécessaires dans un stade obsolète pour des niveaux supérieurs.

Depuis février 2022, Dom EINHORN est poursuivi par la justice Française sur la base de rumeurs qui ont conduit à sa mise en examen et à la liquidation de toutes ses entreprises, entrainant la suppression de plus de 50 emplois qu’il avait créés dans la commune de SARLAT. Les sociétés ont été liquidées, les comptes saisis y compris aux USA, dans des délais ultra rapides alors que la justice française est réputée pour sa lenteur légendaire.

En avril 2024, après deux années de procédures, Dom EINHORN a obtenu de la cour d’appel de BORDEAUX l’annulation de la quasi-totalité des procédures engagées, et la restitution des sommes saisies.

Or, six mois plus t**d, ces décisions de justice ne sont toujours pas appliquées.

Par ailleurs, Dom EINHORN a vu ses droits à la sécurité Sociale annulés depuis 2023, alors qu’il doit être suivi pour des problèmes de santé récurrents.

En dernier ressort, face à l’inertie des autorités, Dom EINHORN a entamé une grève de la faim le 18 septembre dernier.

C’est pour cela que les adhérents à ce comité de soutien, se refusant à tout avis sur les décisions de justice passés ou à venir, demandent que les décisions de justice d’avril 2024 soient immédiatement appliquées, et que Monsieur EINHORN soit régularisé dans ses droits à sécurité sociale.

Le comité souhaite en outre que les responsables de cette situation soient identifiés et poursuivis.
