People often ask what industries RIZZO STRATEGIC SOLUTIONS serves.

The truth is…
our story started long before strategy.

I was raised in family business.
In a family of doers, creators, artists, healers, and hardworking people who were always evolving and figuring things out.

I was born in New Jersey.
Then Pennsylvania.
Back to New Jersey.
California.
Back to New Jersey.
Texas.
California again.
Oregon.
And eventually back home to California.

And out of everywhere I’ve ever lived, the Coachella Valley became the place that felt the most aligned.

My first job was going door-to-door taking pictures of kids on ponies.
I used to tell everyone my goal was to get a “real job” at the mall.

Eventually I did.

And the older I got, the more I realized something important:
most businesses were focused almost entirely on transactions, numbers, and output… but very few were paying attention to alignment, energy, connection, or the actual human experience behind what they were building.

That’s where we’re different.

At RIZZO STRATEGIC SOLUTIONS, we look at the heart behind the business.
The story.
The people.
The energy.
The experience.
The connection to community.

Because in this rapidly evolving world — especially now with AI and automation — human connection matters more than ever.

My background as a licensed cosmetologist taught me how to truly see people.
My daughter Edra’s work as an esthetician, Human Design guide, and Reiki practitioner continues that legacy in a new generation.

Creativity, healing, intuition, and storytelling have always existed in our family.
My mother is an artist.
We simply found different ways to express it.

Because people are the same.
The only thing that changes is the tools we use to communicate.
