If you take a closer look at what it takes to build a business, the steps are very simple, and they haven’t changed for ages. Even today in times where people take their businesses online.

Step 1 – Find something that people want. (Solve a problem)

This is true since human beings exist. If you can solve a problem for others, they will give you money for it. Period.

Step 2 – Find (or create) products that can help to solve that problem for them. The great thing is that those products don’t need to be your own products. You can become an affiliate for companies that already did the work and marketing research etc.

You don’t even need to deal with customer service!

Step 3 – Send people who have a problem to products that solve that problem. This is the easiest business model ever! You only need to learn the marketing aspect.

And that’s easy. Especially, if you have a step-by-step system. (That I provide 😊 – Just let me know if you want it.)

Ever wondered what so-called digital nomads do? Why they can travel around the world and still get paid?

Well, most of them do affiliate marketing or at least they use other companies’ products as one of their income streams.

In this post, I will explain why I refuse to dump my old car. Hint: it would be against my goal to become financially free to get a new one.

I recently was standing next to a young guy in a fancy BMW. I was sitting in our Opel Meriva A from 2003. He was stepping on the gas and gave me a strange look. How cute! 😊

Don’t get me wrong, I love cars. And I will probably buy a nice Audi soon. But not now because I’m not there yet.

The difference between that guy and I is, that this dude is probably paying the lease of that car from his job – I will pay it from my investments - From income that comes in my life through assets, and I set the stage for this now.

Of course, I could use the money I make with my business for those nice things too, but to be honest it’s just dumb.

My wife and I decided to not spend any income on liabilities. Especially, if those liabilities mean that we have fixed costs each month.

Why? Because I can not save money for investments that will make us free.

Until then we will treat our car as a vehicle to bring us from A to B (which is the purpose of that thing)

We will certainly not buy a car to impress anyone. 😊
