A gamer who streamed on Twitch needed a custom phone mount for the centre of steering wheel phone without interrupting gameplay. We designed a replacement wheel hub with fixed and magnetic phone mount options, and provided the kit to them to make the install as easy as possible.

A customer found was missing some ground stakes for their solar lights which were no longer available. They gave us a sample which we copied and provided a couple of prototypes before supplying a set of spares.

A small pair of vernier callipers needed a protective case. Nothing was available on the market so we designed a custom box with lid. Also has space for two spare batteries.

Great to have a return customer. We printed a joystick handle back in August 2022 and the customer asked for a different design in July 2023. Its awesome to help someone personalise their daily-use equipment.

We were contacted by a puppeteer who requested help with making a robust and lightweight marionette.

After discussing the various options and agreeing the requirements we set about creating the individual pieces that go into a complex and entertaining marionette.

They were kind enough to share some photos of the finished article and agreed that I could share them with you all here.

Recently we were asked to manufacture a custom replacement joystick handle. The customer chose this high quality print in bright red which we delivered to Thorne.

A local biker needed to mount an Autobot badge on the front of his motorcycle fairing.

We designed an adaptor mount to precisely match the angle of the fairing on the underside. The badge could then be secured onto the flat surface.

We printed it in PETG to be strong, durable and tolerant of temperatures up to 80°C.

In moving a children's swing set to a new spot in the garden one of the ground pegs broke. This replacement was designed from a photograph of an undamaged peg, then printed in tough PETG making it strong and weatherproof.

We created a couple of print designs for a very special Harry Potter party.

This owl is 20cm high and only needed minimal painting to bring her to life. Also some personalised keyrings in house colours and finished with clear resin for durability.
