Requirements:

Minimum 3 years experience in real estate sales

Proven ability to close property deals

Strong communication, negotiation & reporting skills

Target-driven and self-managed

Must be Abuja-based (preferably around Jabi) or willing to relocate

2️⃣ Sales Manager (1 Position)
💰 ₦200,000/month (during probation) + 10% commission override
🕒 Hybrid
📌 3-month probation

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years in real estate sales

At least 2 years in a leadership role

Proven track record of leading and driving sales teams

Strong understanding of the real estate market

Highly results-driven
