SOSIS ASAM MANIS

Bahan
8 buah sosis sapi
1 bombay
2 cabe merah besar
2 cabe hijau besar
2 siung bawang putih ukr besar
1 tomat merah ukr kecil
saos tiram, kecap inggris, saos sambel, saos tomat, kecap manis (takaran saos & kecap sesuai selera ya)
1/2 sdt lada bubuk
1 sdm margarin
Garam .
Caranya
1. Potong sosis, kerat ujungnya jgn sampai putus
2. Panaskan margarin, tumis bawang putih cincang sampai harum, masukkan potongan sosis & tomat cincang, aduk-aduk sampai rata lalu masukkan sekitar segelas kecil air matang, bumbui saos2, kecap2, lada bubuk dan garam
3. Setelah air mulai susut, masukkan potongan cabe dan bombay, masak lagi sampai cabe dan bombay layu, koreksi rasa

note: *cabe & bombay boleh di tumis bareng bawang putih sesuai selera ya, sy masukin terakhir biar gak terlalu lembek teksturnya .
