We are looking at adding a new service to Madkins Media.
When I first started this business I did a lot of wedding videos. I have taken a step back from that over the last few years. One thing that always stood out to me when I would first start filming, is that a lot of time people are hesitant to be relaxed or themselves in front of a stranger recording them.
That’s where this new service comes in to play. We will have professional camcorders that you rent for your wedding, it can be passed around, or a groomsman / bridesmaid is in charge of it, and real authentic moments can be captured. You don’t have to feel like you are performing for a cinematic wedding film. You can be yourself with your closest friends and family.
After the wedding, mail the camcorder back to us; we will edit the videos, put together a wedding film for you, and give you the raw footage as well.
I’ll provide a list of suggestions to make sure key moments are captured or other ideas to film like your closest friends and family giving advice or stories on video.
This will be a cost effective way to film your wedding and have a very personal touch to it.
Right now, this is still new to us so we don’t have a website with videos. Our first package includes the camera to rent, equipment for it, a 5-7 minute wedding film, and the organized raw footage.
