🌿✨ Hey friends! I had a life-changing realization this week about the importance of respecting natural cycles.⁣
⁣
Think about it: God created the water cycle, women’s ovulation cycles, the changing seasons, and the rhythm of night and day. These cycles are the heartbeat of our planet, ensuring sustainability for humanity. 🌎💧⁣
⁣
As mompreneurs, we pour our hearts into our work, often at the expense of our well-being. But what if embracing these natural cycles could make our businesses—and our lives—more sustainable?⁣
⁣
I’ve been guilty of ignoring these cycles. With PCOS, my ovulation cycle is out of sync. I find myself working late into the night and through weekends, chasing deadlines and projects. The result? Physical exhaustion, mental fatigue, and a constant struggle to show up as the best version of myself—for my clients, my family, and myself.⁣
⁣
It’s taken a toll on my health and well-being, and it’s become clear that this isn’t sustainable. God created these cycles for a reason, and it’s time I honor them.⁣

One of the most powerful tools I’ve seen coaches use is "The Model" by Brooke Castillo from The Life Coach School. This framework is like a lens that helps you see and manage your thoughts, feelings, actions, and results. Here’s how it works:⁣

- Circumstances: These are the neutral facts.⁣
- Thoughts: What you think about the circumstances.⁣
- Feelings: How your thoughts make you feel.⁣
- Actions: What you do based on your feelings.⁣
- Results: The outcome of your actions.⁣

When you face challenges—like low sales, team issues, or balancing work and motherhood—using "The Model" can give you clarity. For instance, if sales are low, you might think, “I’m not good enough.” This thought leads to feelings of inadequacy, which might result in less effort in your marketing. The result? Continued low sales. By shifting your thought to “I have valuable skills to offer,” you create a positive ripple effect that changes your feelings, actions, and results.⁣

Live launching is exciting, but doing it too often can be more harmful than helpful. I’ve seen many coaches fall into the trap of thinking frequent launches equal more sales, but it’s usually the opposite. Live launching takes a lot of energy, time, and resources. Constantly being in launch mode can lead to burnout and reduced effectiveness over time.⁣

Instead, consider creating evergreen funnels or spacing out your launches. Evergreen funnels let you automate your sales process, creating a steady flow of clients without the intense push of a live launch. Spaced-out launches give you time to breathe, refine your offer, and build anticipation among your audience. Remember, it’s not about how often you launch, but how effectively you connect with your audience and deliver value.⁣

Have you ever taken a moment to think about a postage stamp? Tiny, but with a clear mission, it sticks to its path until it reaches its destination.

My journey as a freelancer reminds me a lot of that stamp. Over the past 5 years, I've been like a world explorer, collecting a wide range of skills from web design, funnels, emails, social media, and a bunch of other stuff. Just like collecting stamps from around the world.🌎

But what really resonates with me about a postage stamp is: its power comes from its focus. It knows its job and does it well until it’s done. That’s a lesson I’ve taken to heart.

I've decided to channel my diverse skills into one clear path: Funnel and Systems Automation.

Why? Because in this digital age, especially for us mompreneurs striving to grow our businesses while cherishing family time, efficiency and automation are not just useful – they’re essential.

When creating your marketing strategy for your coaching or service-based business..

Would you rather:

🍝 throw spaghetti on the wall and hope something would stick? or
🧲 create a system that can attract your ideal clients and turn them into paying clients?

A marketing funnel is an important concept you need to know. This can be used for measuring the success, or failure, of your marketing tactics, and I wish I had discovered it much earlier.

Marketing funnels guide your business's efforts to generate leads, nurture prospects, and move them through the sales cycle. It's a framework that can be applied to any channel in digital marketing.

This means:
❌ It's not a software and not platform dependent.
❌ It does not rely solely on Paid Ads - (though Paid Ads can facilitate traffic generation).
✅ It is an integrated system of marketing tactics that you will use to engage or reach the right market at the right time, depending on where they are in the buyer's journey.

If you don't want to be dependent on external factors outside of your control and wait for clients to come to you, then you better start building your marketing/sales funnel today.

My honest opinion: You DON'T NEED a Sales Page (yet!)

As a , I can say that are game changers, because it’s like your sales agent that can sell for you 24/7. Yes, even while you sleep!

Buuuut! Remember that in order for your sales agent to be successful, it needs to be able to deliver your message to your prospects really really well…

Your sales agent needs to communicate the transformation that you are promising clearly and in a way that is resonating with your prospects.

Because confused people don’t buy.

If the messaging is not yet clear, your sales agent (sales page!) will not succeed.

So if you are launching your program for the first time, and in a stage where you are still validating or testing your offer, it may not make sense to worry about building your sales page just yet.

If not now, then when???
