Our client, a company that sells Personal care products on Amazon, was struggling with high advertising costs on the platform. Their ACOS (Advertising Cost of Sales) was 58%, meaning that they were spending more on advertising than they were making in sales. Additionally, their TACOS (Total Advertising Cost of Sales) was 26%, which was significantly higher than the market average.
Our task was to reduce these costs while maintaining or increasing sales volume.
