Let me tell you why you’ll never make as much money as Netflix or Pornhub

Simple: It’s because what you sell actually helps people

I knowwwww, why do people prefer what does not help them then?

Well, hint: look at the people they elect into office - it doesn’t seem that poor decisions and humanity are too far apart

The human frame with it’s desires is fundamentally stupid

And if you look at the majority of the richest people - you’ll find that most of what they sell either helps stupid people or makes people stupid.

Humanity is a self-destructive populace

But you are smarter and you care, you sell something helpful - that’s why nobody cares

So how do you compete with Netflix and the whole B.S. they buy

There’s only one way:

YOU DON’T

What I mean is, accept that you’ll be rejected first hand and don’t take it personally

Don’t kill an offer because nobody buys.

Nobody is buying because they’re still trying to justify why they should change their lives rather than destroy it

And changing your offer tells them that you won’t advice them to change their lives, so they might as well continue on their path

You lose reputation and your only way to make money afterwards is to offer them destructive products/offers that won’t stand the test of time

You’ll start trying to “remove all risk”, “guarantee the world”.

That’s playing directly into their hand - proving to them that you don’t believe in your s**t

This is why the idea of validating offers created by coaches with weak resolve is just as stupid as humanity

The champions - the ones who will make the most money without lying, stealing, cheating or getting sued don’t need people’s opinion on their offer

They don’t need validation and understand that seeking validation from the masses is at your own peril, both in marketing and in life

And they know that if you stick to your guns, nothing can stop you, especially if you know how to communicate your offers that they get bought without becoming their pawn

And that’s what I’ve been teaching in all my marketing trainings in the last year and half: How to market your “helpful stuff” in a way that it beats their PornHub brain.

Do NOT launch a course if you have not sold it first

I know this sounds counterintuitive because you're thinking:

"Who will buy what is not created?" But in actual sense, your fear is:

"What if I create something people don't like; won't I be embarrassed and have to refund?"

Calm down - because 9 times out of 10, if we already have results in the skill we are about to pass down:

We give much more than the course requires to others

So, SELL first

I know you're saying; "Emmanuel, why exactly do I have to sell first? Convince me"

I will give you 3 reasons:

1. I've realized in the thousands of times I've tried selling courses and with over 4000 course customers generated that if you're a natural born persuasive sales person like me:

It's a 50% chance that you will nail your sales pitch and hit on the right desire angles to get people to buy

(Because selling a course is market research in action)

And if you have a course already and you bump in trying to sell it the first time; your DOUBT rises and your energy (which is important to selling courses) drops

2. When you sell first and you've gotten lots of responses before you create;

your brain goes into overdrive and it makes you work harder in creating the course to be the best buy for your customers -

Because they had faith you haven not seen what you made 🙃

3. Theres no better way to create a course than have people who will take the course experience it live and give you feedback to improve the next module and the next

So, overall you have market research, live feedback, and money already in the bank

My first client has been with me since September 2019 and she's crushing it every training batch

We decided to change a few things to make her free from the delivery of her training and make it an automated online course

And then, tested with 40,000 naira a day ad budget

As always, it blew up and over 1000 people registered for the course trial on the first day

And I wonder why she gets these results everytime

These are my predictions:

1. She's in a market that does not need education to know they have a need

2. She ignores that and still educates them on what they think they know but they don't (Copy is fire lol)

3. Targetting is so dialed up because she has over 5000 buyers of her course and they both her the audience and a lookalike of them is created so they engage to build social proof and Facebook AI has so much data to bring the exact people we are looking for

These are stats from yesterday. I will share more later on

Yeah, that's exactly what happens when you gain so much traction in the area of your expertise and you now have requests

👉 From people who cannot afford your highly priced service

👉 Or from been over booked and no space to take clients

It would happen; it would come

Better prepare for it. And there's no better way to prepare than creating a digital product that will solve problems without your presence

Not only would it help you get results for people without your presence.

It also allows you to build brand trust in your market and makes you never run out of higher paying clients

So, if you don't have an online course yet, you're doing yourself and your market a big disservice

Because theres a lot you could help with in an online course
